This charcoal briquette production line is the ideal engineering solution for turning charcoal waste and natural charcoal fragments into high-density, long-burning industrial briquettes that meet local and international market demands. Production passes through three integrated stages, delivering a fully refined final product ready for packing:

Operating stages and line units:

Charcoal crushing unit (crusher): runs on 5.5 kW of power and offers a huge crushing capacity of 1000 to 2000 kg per hour, turning coarse charcoal lumps into a completely fine powder ready for the next stages.
Mixing and kneading unit (SL-1500 mixer): with a wide 1.5 m working diameter and 7.5 kW of power, this mixer grinds and blends the fine charcoal powder with starch or binders very precisely, directly increasing the density and hardness of the charcoal and preventing the briquettes from crumbling while burning.
Charcoal forming and pressing unit (SL-160 briquette machine): the heart of the line, running on 11 kW and withstanding high pressure to produce 500 kg/h of briquettes. The machine comes with a complete package including a 1.5 m conveyor belt, a dedicated electrical control panel, an air compressor and a smart CNC cutter that automatically cuts the charcoal into equal lengths through the professional hexagonal die supplied.
