Syrian Machinery Supply Company (SMS) presents the latest industrial solution for the food industry: a complete flavored milk production and filling line. The line is designed for plants that need full automation, accurate filling and highly reliable sterilization and packaging, delivering a safe food product that meets international hygiene standards.

Main Components of the Production Line:

1. Bottle unscrambler and loader: automatic units made of durable carbon steel that organize and guide empty bottles smoothly to the filling machine, preventing jams and keeping production continuous.
2. 8-head linear filler and sealer:
   • The heart of the line, with 8 filling heads driven by sanitary-grade gear pumps for accurate fill weight.
   • Includes an automatic system for forming and sealing aluminum foil onto the bottle necks.
   • All product-contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel (SUS304).
3. Advanced steam sterilizer (autoclave):
   • Rotary sterilization system with 3 baskets and manual trolleys for easy loading and unloading.
   • Direct heating and indirect cooling prevent secondary contamination, with gradual temperature ramp-up and ramp-down to preserve the milk’s flavor and color.
   • Precise pressure control prevents container deformation during sterilization.
4. Dryer and PVC labeling machine:
   • Powerful air dryer (5.5 kW): removes water droplets from the bottles after they leave the sterilizer.
   • Sleeve labeling machine and steam shrink tunnel: automatically places plastic sleeve labels around the bottles and passes them through a steam tunnel so the label shrinks and fits perfectly.
5. Laser date printer: an advanced, consumable-free (no ink) and eco-friendly laser printer that permanently marks production and expiry dates on the containers.
6. PE film shrink packing machine: groups the finished bottles and wraps them in thick PE film through a heat tunnel, producing shipping-ready packs (5 packs per minute).
