🌟 Operational and Technical Features:

• Highly stable extrusion: the line uses a single-screw extruder (SJ55/28) with a 22 kW Siemens main motor, delivering excellent output of 40 to 50 kg per hour, with ABB speed control.
• Highly reliable electrical components: for maximum safety and precision, the line is equipped with Japanese OMRON temperature control and French Schneider electrical components.
• High-speed, high-precision forming: the forming machine uses a two-cavity die with 72 pairs of molds made of heat-treated (nitrided) 40Cr steel for exceptional hardness. Thanks to its efficient water cooling, pipe haul-off and forming speed reaches 15–20 meters per minute.
• Fully automated line: the line comes with a fast double winder running at up to 12 meters per minute, for coils with diameters from 400 to 800 mm.

To keep production running nonstop, the line includes a complete set of auxiliary machines (standard and optional):

• Automatic vacuum loader: 1.1 kW, feeding material to the line at up to 200 kg/h.
• Stainless steel hopper dryer: 125-liter capacity for drying plastic granules before extrusion.
• Industrial water chiller: 5 HP for cooling the molds, air-cooled with no cooling tower required.
• Air compressor: 5.5 kW for a stable air supply to the line.
• Material mixer: 50 kg capacity to ensure homogeneous raw materials.
