This 6000 W fiber laser cutting machine with a huge working area (3 × 13 m) is designed to meet the highest demands of heavy industrial production and to cut large metal sheets with exceptional efficiency. The machine uses a single-table system with a fixed floor rail, combining outstanding speed and precision thanks to premium mechanical and electronic components from leading global brands.

🛠️ Advanced Mechanical and Engineering Components:

• Heavy, stable bed: the bed is made of 16–20 mm thick segmented rectangular tubes treated by annealing. The internal structure uses an aircraft-style “honeycomb” design with internal stiffeners that completely prevent deformation and keep the wide PEK square guide rails stable.
• Aviation aluminum gantry (4th generation): a beam made of light yet strong aviation aluminum, age-hardened to T6061 temper. Its low weight and high rigidity provide acceleration of up to 1.0G and a laser head travel speed of 150 m/min.
• High-efficiency motion and transmission: the XY axes are fitted with a German Leitesen helical gear rack and driven by Taiwanese Delta AC servo motors and drivers with Japanese Shimpo gearboxes featuring automatic braking.

• Smart cutting head (Boci BLT421): closed-loop autofocus with a near-zero failure rate, supporting nozzle cooling and a water sensor for stable, smooth long cutting runs.
• Highly reliable laser source: a 6000 W MAX or Raycus fiber laser source with high beam quality and a service life of up to 100,000 maintenance-free operating hours.
• Professional control system (FSCUT 4000E): supports CAD/CAM software and various design formats (DXF, DWG, AI, PLT). The software includes built-in nesting to reduce metal waste, plus advanced functions such as non-overlapping piercing and sheet centering.
