500-Liter Stainless Steel Essential Oil Distillation Equipment

Advanced extraction technology to international standards: Syrian Machinery Supply Company presents the ideal industrial solution for extracting essential oils with this distillation equipment. The line is carefully engineered: the internal surfaces are polished to a roughness of Ra≤0.6μm and the external surfaces have a matte finish (Ra≤0.8μm). This precise design leaves no dead corners, making the equipment fully compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.

Components of the complete distillation line:

• Distillation still: 500-liter capacity, supporting water-and-steam distillation. Equipped with a charging port, a spray ball for easy tank cleaning and a DN500 manual residue discharge door for easier operation.
• Condensing towers: a high-efficiency vertical condensing system combining a tubular condenser, a plate condenser and a coil cooler, with a heat transfer area of more than 3 m².
• Top aroma condenser: designed to collect the volatile top-note aroma components, making the extracted essential oil’s fragrance richer and fuller.
• Oil-water separator: a 50-liter stainless steel and glass vessel that works as a professional two-stage separator.
• Hydrosol storage tank: 300-liter capacity for efficient storage of the pure by-product (hydrosol).

Optional: the line can be supplied with a complete cooling system (water chiller and cooling tower) and an electric steam generator for an independent setup ready for immediate operation.
