Complete PVC Pipe Extrusion Line (2–8 Inch)

The PVC pipe extrusion line provides complete, advanced industrial solutions for producing rigid and flexible plastic pipes and hoses with diameters from 2 to 8 inches. The line is based on an SJSZ65/132 twin-screw extruder that ensures excellent raw material homogeneity and high, stable output, making it the best investment for plants manufacturing sewage, electrical conduit and irrigation pipes.

🌟 Key Technical and Operational Features:

• Heavy-duty twin-screw extrusion: the extruder is driven by a 37 kW Siemens main motor, with a fully nitrided barrel and screw reaching a hardness above HV700 for high wear resistance and long service life.
• Thermal precision and smart automatic control: precise temperature control through cast aluminum heating zones with built-in air cooling and Japanese OMRON temperature sensors, plus feed and extrusion speeds synchronized by an ABB automatic inverter.
• High-precision, distortion-free calibration and haul-off: a 6-meter vacuum calibration tank made entirely of stainless steel with 200 water spray nozzles for rapid cooling. The 3 kW haul-off machine ensures steady pipe movement at 0.5 to 7 m/min.
• Clean automatic cutting and built-in laser marking: the line is equipped with an automatic cutter using a sharp saw blade for precise, burr-free cutting, followed by a built-in 50 W laser marking machine that prints data, sizes and brand logos on the pipes automatically during production.

⚙️ Integrated Auxiliary Machines and Accessories (Turnkey Setup):

The line comes with all auxiliary equipment needed for a closed, automatic production line without external equipment:

1. PVC hot and cold mixing unit: SRL-Z300/600 with an output of up to 300 kg/h for mixing and preparing materials.
2. Recycling and processing systems: a 15 kW plastic crusher for breaking down scrap, and a pulverizer with a vibrating screen (SMF500) to return granules to the ideal size.
3. Industrial chiller: 10 HP with a PLC system to keep the calibration water cooling stable.
4. Automatic screw feeder and conveyor: for smooth feeding without manual intervention.
