- Smart control and full automation: equipped with a Japanese Panasonic PLC and a touch-screen HMI for easy operation and switching interface languages (Chinese/English).
- Automatic edge position control (EPC): a fully automatic system for tension control and web edge correction using an ultrasonic sensor keeps the material on a straight path without drift.
- Waste removal mechanism: a 3.0 kW blower removes edge trim automatically and continuously.
- High stability and efficiency: frequency inverters ensure stable speed and reduce operating noise, with an alarm and automatic stop when the count is reached or a fault occurs.
- Easy loading: material is loaded on an air shaft for convenient, fast roll changes.
