Both the shearing and bending machines are designed and built with a robust frame that resists severe mechanical stress. Both frames follow a fully streamlined European design with a one-piece (monoblock) structure, precisely robot-welded and stress-relieved by thermal annealing for long-term stability.
Key engineering and operational features of the package:
- Hydraulic shearing machine (QC12K 6×3200): works on an efficient swing beam system with smart backgauge control via the E21s digital display connected to a Delta frequency inverter for maximum positioning accuracy. The machine has alignment lighting to mark the cutting line and a shadow-line wire for easy work, plus strong built-in blades (upper blade with two cutting edges and lower blade with four) made of wear-resistant 6CrW2Si steel.
- Hydraulic press brake (WC67K-63T2500): features a hydraulically synchronized positive-stop design and the programmable Estun E21 NC control for direct control of the Y-axis depth and the X-axis backgauge. The built-in Bosch-Rexroth hydraulic system switches automatically and quickly from approach to slow bending to ensure consistent angles. The machine comes with standard upper and lower tooling at 86° with an R0.6 mm radius.
- Strict safety system to protect technicians: both machines have safe foot pedals from Korea’s Kacon (safety level 4), a CE-compliant rear metal safety fence, and safety relays to monitor the foot pedal and protect workers. The press brake also has a front light curtain (photoelectric finger protection) for even higher occupational safety.
