Applications

This complete equipment is designed for fully automatic weighing, bundling, counting, sorting and packing of bulk pasta and dry spaghetti. The system fully automates the weighing, bundling, lifting, feeding, counting, bag forming and packing of bulk pasta and fine dry spaghetti.
Production line and components
This production line uses well-known local and international electrical components and is controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller). It is driven by a combination of multiple servo motors and variable-frequency motors.
This configuration provides continuous variable-speed control of the entire line, as well as intelligent conveying operation such as dynamic adjustment of the line process, simplifying the mechanical transmission system.
