The PM-F1200 programmable panel bender represents a leap forward for metal forming workshops and factories, forming four-sided boxes from 200 × 200 mm and handling very thin sheet metal starting at 0.15 mm.
Key engineering and competitive features of the PM-F1200:
- Record operating speed: thanks to advanced motion engineering, the bending speed is 0.2 seconds per stroke, multiplying the plant’s output several times compared with conventional methods.
- Japanese control and servo system: the machine has a smart control system developed in cooperation with Japan’s NADIC Co., Ltd., and highly responsive servo motors and drivers from Japan’s SANYO.
- World-class electrical and mechanical components: high-load, smooth-running HIWIN guide rails from Taiwan and a TBI ball screw, with all electrical components, relays and contactors from France’s Schneider.
- Exceptional flexibility in angles and dimensions: the machine bends sheet metal at angles from 0 to 180 degrees, with a minimum flange height of only 4 mm and a very precise bending radius of 0.4 mm.
