If you are looking for a hydraulic sheet metal decoiler that delivers balanced performance and long service life under heavy-duty conditions, this model offers a complete engineering solution. The equipment is built on a heavy-duty box frame that absorbs vibration and provides maximum stability during rotation.
Key engineering features of the hydraulic decoiler:
- Robust steel frame: the machine box is assembled and welded from thick steel plates (12 mm + 16 mm) for maximum rigidity and resistance to mechanical stress (beam 350).
- Powered rotating shaft: made of 194 × 45 mm seamless drawn steel tube for perfect straightness, with a manual guide arm in front of the motor.
- Advanced hydraulic internal expansion: the mandrel head consists of 4 expansion leaves with a clamping length of 1320 mm, operated by a 100 mm diameter cylinder with a 125 mm stroke to grip the coil firmly from inside.
- Flexible expansion range: the leaves expand to hold coils with an inner diameter from 470 mm to 530 mm, with a 125 mm steel tension cylinder connected to a size 100 slide block.
- Full protection against coil loosening: an additional pneumatic press arm presses on the coil from outside to prevent it from springing back or loosening during fast uncoiling.
- Efficient, economical energy use: the equipment runs on 380 V (3-phase) industrial power with a total electrical power of 8 kW, including the rotation motor and the hydraulic unit motor.
